Pasta and Two Colour Sauce


I love Pasta.  It’s a quick and easy meal to do, you can usually make it relatively healthy, and best of all you can serve it with GARLIC BREAD.  Yes, I appreciate that garlic bread doesn’t make it that healthy, but that’s the best bit.

However, I often tend to slip into my love of Cherry Tomatoes and just make a tomato based sauce.  In fact, when I made this a few weeks ago, it had probably been a good eight months if not more since we’d had it, yet I love it.  The cool yellow sauce really compliments the slightly hot red one, making it a really yummy meal.
